The product comes under guaranteed replaced in case of manufacturing defect or no delivery or Misplaced. Photoexpress.in follows a customer-centric approach, If customers find any defect in our product and merchandise shipped to them, We will happy to assist and fix this up. This includes any manufacturing defect such as loose fittings, scratches, or image not as per expected size or color. In such a case, we will replace the defective product or fix it at our cost. Any request or complaint on faulty products can be logged with complete details of the order and a couple of images of the product where the defect is visible ( Try to clear as much as possible or even video can help).
