How is order executed
- Select the product and add to cart.
- On Cart page upload the photo/photos as per design required for customization
- In order note section - do mention any instruction or customised text required.
- Checkout with payments completion with thank you page - Which confirms order.
- Post order confirmation please note order no for any communication with customer care.
- Upon receipt of order, Nxt working day the design is made by designer and send for approvals before printing it.
- Post approvals, The product goes in production and shipped.
Is my photo good quality for printing.
- No worries, Our experts does the required clean-up and photo enhance feature which corrects any pixelated photos to good one.
- You can also upload additional photo & mention made in order notes, So our team can select best photo.
- Incase if photo quality is too bad to print, we will bring this to your notice and seek replacement.
What is product quality, guarantee & Maintenance if any?
- Their is 100% guarantee for replacement of product under any manufacturing defect such as color fading effect, Transit Damage or any other manufacturing issue.
- You have to report issue within 7 days of product received along with manufacturing defect details and photos email to orders@photoexpress.in
- Printing quality are made to last 20+ years with out any fading effects. ( Indoor usage only )
- Product are build for no-maintenance, If required the surface can be swiped with dry and dust free cloth ( Avoid liquid detergents or Colin)
Is COD Available
Sorry ! The product being custom print in nature - NO COD option for this product. But don't worry it comes all replacement warranty on any defects or courier damages.

How to upload photo ? If any issues faced ?
- Photos are uploaded on cart page & also on checkout page via options " file upload".
- If any issues in uploading photos - Do proceed ahead and place the order without photos. You can email photo to "orders@photoexpress.in" along with your order ID.
- Make sure you upload best photo with clear face visible and good resolution for best results.
Design proof before printing ?
- Yes we do design and send for approvals before printing it.
- Do make sure you mention which email id or contact no we should connect for approvals in case of biller and shipper are two different persons.
