Returns & refunds:
Photoexpress.in follows a customer-centric approach, If customers find any defect in our product and merchandise shipped to them, We will happy to assist and fix this up.
This includes any manufacturing defect such as loose fittings, scratches, or image not as per expected size or color. In such a case, we will replace the defective product or fix it at our cost.
Any request or complaint on faulty products can be logged with complete details of the order and a couple of images of the product where the defect is visible ( Try to clear as much as possible or even video can help). Do send us details at email@example.com and the team will be happy to assist and resolve the issue at the earliest.
The process further is as follows
- After receipt of the order, the Team review the complaint and revert with 2 days.
- After review and if a defect is found, the product will be fixed by sending the required part or replacement of the product.
- Defect products need to be dispatched back with original packing and customer cost.
No refunds :
No refunds for personalized & custom product orders, The credits will be issued which customer can use to buy any alternate product with 6 months.
