What We Accept Returns For:
Manufacturing Defects: If your personalized gift arrives with a manufacturing defect, such as a misprint, incorrect border, or faulty craftsmanship, we will gladly replace the item.
Damage During Shipping: If your personalized gift arrives damaged in transit,
What We Cannot Accept Returns For:
Customer Errors: Due to the personalized nature of these gifts, we cannot accept returns for errors made during the personalization process, such as typos, incorrect dates, or low-resolution images provided by the customer. Please double-check all personalization details carefully before submitting your order.
Pre-Approved Designs: Once you approve the design preview, we consider it a confirmation of your order and cannot accept returns due to changes in preference.
Fragile Items: We cannot accept returns if broken due to improper handling or fixing on the wall by carpentry after the product is delivered successfully.
Return Process:
Transit Damage - In case of transit damage, Request to report within 24 hours of receiving your order, Email us at orders@photoexpress.in with a clear description of the problem and photos & video of the damage or defect
Manufacture Issue & Defects in products - We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Once the return product is received it will be inspected, let you know if the refund was approved or not in 2 working days
Depending on the nature of the issue, we may be able to repair the item and send it back or replace it with a new one, in case of a refund you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us on contact detail mentioned below.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Undelivered Packages:
If the product remains undelivered ( Max 21 Days) or misplaced by the courier company, on reporting the same and post verifications we will offer replacement or refund depending on cases, However we are not responsible for refunds for packages that are delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
